Delivery
Delivery times depend on location but please bear in mind that most frames are custom made. If you need delivery by a certain date please email info@nightbloomemporium.com.
Ai
We create the majority of our work by hand and with traditional artistic methods, but we do use AI for a small number of designs and supporting images. Any listings or products that include AI-generated elements will always be clearly marked in the item description.
Are your bugs ethically sourced?
We take sourcing seriously and believe transparency matters especially because everyone’s ethics are different. Our insect specimens are sustainably sourced, never wild-caught, and come from farms where they are allowed to live a natural life.
Returns, Refunds & Damaged Items
As most of our pieces are handmade and made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Minor natural imperfections are not considered faults, and custom orders are non-refundable unless damaged.
Custom Frames
Every frame we create is unique we never make the same frame twice. We would be happy to create custom designs for you whether it is a picture of a loved one or a bug in a certain themed diorama.
Care & Display Instructions
To preserve your framed specimens and gothic artwork, display them out of direct sunlight and away from humidity. Clean the glass gently with a soft, dry cloth and handle with care, as our pieces contain delicate natural elements designed to be treasured for years to come.
