By placing an order with Nightbloom Emporium, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. General

Nightbloom Emporium is a small independent business specialising in Victorian gothic inspired artwork and décor. By accessing our website and purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as any policies referenced herein.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However:

  • Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings

  • Many items are handmade and may contain small variations or natural imperfections

  • Insect specimens are sustainably  farmed and may not be A1 “perfect” condition so may have missing legs, antenna or damaged wings

  • AI-assisted designs (where applicable) will be clearly marked in product descriptions

All descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

 

3. Made to Order Items

Most of our products are made to order. Production times vary by item and are displayed on each product page. Please allow 1–2 weeks production time in addition to shipping times. Estimated dispatch times will be shown at checkout.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not successfully processed. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by postal delays, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control. International customers (including Europe, USA, and Canada) are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country. 6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products: We do not accept returns for change of mind. Returns may only be accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective. For more information please read our Refund Policy page.

 

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of damage. If approved, refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion. Please note custom orders are non-refundable.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, designs, text, branding, and product concepts — is the property of Nightbloom Emporium and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nightbloom Emporium shall not be held liable for:

  • Delays caused by postal services or customs

  • Losses due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item.
