Thank you for supporting Nightbloom Emporium. As a small independent business creating handmade and made-to-order Victorian gothic artwork, we ask that you read our refund policy carefully before purchasing.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Made-to-Order Items

Most of our products are made to order, created specifically for you once your purchase is placed. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect item selection

  • Delays caused by postal/delivery services

  • Minor variations in colour or natural imperfections

Production times are clearly stated on each product page and at checkout.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

If approved, we will offer either a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Failure to contact us within 48 hours may result in your claim being declined.

Insect Specimens

All insect specimens are sustainably sourced and never wild-caught. As natural items, small imperfections may be present. These are not considered faults and do not qualify for refunds.

Custom Orders

Custom or personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.

 

Shipping Issues

Nightbloom Emporium is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by Royal Mail or international postal services

  • Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes

  • Parcels delayed in customs

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping costs

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed faulty
